Property was fantastic, with affable staff and marvellous location close to old town. I appreciated good sized room here with a good size bed. Location: the hotel was next to central Parthenay near restaurants. The food was brilliant, had a wide range of options. The stay was absolutely very nice: )

the hotel's staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially the receptionist who spoke excellent English. the rooms were clean, comfortable, and had fresh bed linen. I particularly loved the incredibly comfortable bed and the secure car park. the hotel was also easy to find and had a lift, making it convenient for all guests. my one-night stay exceeded my expectations. Cons: Nothing everything was great! 👍.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the value for money was outstanding - I got so much for what I paid. Secondly, the attention to detail was impressive, from the well-maintained rooms to the friendly staff who went above and beyond to make my stay comfortable. The location couldn't have been better, right in front of a bustling square which also served as a convenient car park. And lastly, the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of fresh pastries and bread.

All in all, my stay was fantastic and I had no complaints at all.

A useful, well maintained clean hotel at the junction of 4 roads and used by those going north or south- serves a valuable function.

We did feel that the hotel could benefit from some modernization. The decor and overall look of the hotel felt a bit dated.

We had a problem with the toilet in our room, but the staff at Cit'Hotel quickly moved us to another room. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the bed linen was fresh. The hotel receptionist and night porter were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety, including fresh bread, boiled eggs, ham, cheese.

I chose Cit'Hotel for its central location in Parthenay, as I wanted to explore the Eglise Saint-Pierre. However, the hotel pleasantly surprised me with its warm welcome and free on-site parking. the delicious dishes served during breakfast, including fresh breads and crispy pastries, were a delightful bonus.

The only comment I would make is that the style of the hotel and rooms are a little dated. However, this should not discourage anyone from staying here as the rooms are very clean and comfortable.
